Standard turnaround is 24 hours for photography, including interior, exterior, and aerial stills. Video walkthroughs and property reels are delivered within 24 hours after the end of the shoot. Floor plans are delivered within 24 hours after the end of the shoot. Virtual staging is delivered within 24-48 hours after you select your photos and design style for human-reviewed results. Matterport 3D tours are typically published within 24 hours of the scan. Rush delivery is available for most services.

While not required, we strongly recommend having someone on-site during the shoot. This allows you to review visuals in real time and request any specific shots or angles, or areas you want captured.

If you cannot attend, you are welcome to send us special requests in advance — such as community amenities (pool, clubhouse), specific rooms, or preferred angles — and we will do our best to include them.

If no one is present and no prior requests are provided, our photographers will proceed using their professional judgment and standard coverage guidelines, focusing on the main living areas and key features. Secondary spaces or specific requests may not be captured.

If additional images are requested afterward that require a return visit, a reshoot fee will apply. Planning ahead or being on-site helps ensure everything is captured the first time and avoids additional costs.
