Blue Skies & Green Grass Enhancement

We digitally replace overcast or grey skies with natural-looking blue skies and enhance brown or dormant grass to appear green and healthy. The result is a listing photo that looks like it was shot on a perfect spring day — regardless of when the actual shoot happened.

Yes. We work strictly within MLS guidelines. The enhancements improve the appearance of existing elements (sky and grass) without adding, removing, or altering structural features of the property. Most MLS boards consider sky and grass enhancement acceptable as standard photo editing.

Blue Skies & Green Grass is available for exterior photos only — front facade, rear, sides, and any exterior shot where sky or grass is visible. Interior photos are not applicable. For aerial/drone green grass enhancement, see our separate Aerial Green Grass service.

Enhanced photos are delivered within 24 hours after the end of the shoot, alongside your standard edited photos. The enhancement is applied during our normal editing workflow — no additional wait time.

Yes — send us any exterior photos from our previous shoots and we'll apply the Blue Skies & Green Grass enhancement. This is a great option when weather was poor on shoot day or when seasons change and you want to refresh your listing photos.

We can enhance existing sky and grass but cannot add grass where none exists (e.g., dirt lots or concrete). The enhancement works best on photos where sky and lawn are already visible. We also cannot change the time of day — a midday photo won't become a twilight image (that's our Digital Twilight service).

While not required, we strongly recommend having someone on-site during the shoot. This allows you to review visuals in real time and request any specific shots or angles, or areas you want captured.

If you cannot attend, you are welcome to send us special requests in advance — such as community amenities (pool, clubhouse), specific rooms, or preferred angles — and we will do our best to include them.

If no one is present and no prior requests are provided, our photographers will proceed using their professional judgment and standard coverage guidelines, focusing on the main living areas and key features. Secondary spaces or specific requests may not be captured.

If additional images are requested afterward that require a return visit, a reshoot fee will apply. Planning ahead or being on-site helps ensure everything is captured the first time and avoids additional costs.

Outlying suburbs or rural areas may incur a modest trip charge. We are also happy to travel well beyond these metros to locations like East Texas and Southern Oklahoma for a custom travel fee.
