Every package includes professional editing with complimentary blue sky and green grass touch-ups, plus permanent usage rights — your photos are yours to use on websites, brochures, signage, and marketing materials across every platform.

Most commercial shoots take 30 to 90 minutes depending on property size and complexity. A single retail suite might take 30 minutes, while a full office building with common areas, conference rooms, and exterior coverage may take 60–90 minutes. We work efficiently to minimize disruption to your tenants and operations.

Absolutely. We regularly photograph occupied offices, retail spaces, and medical facilities. Our photographers are experienced in working around tenants, employees, and customers. We can schedule before or after business hours, during low-traffic periods, or work discreetly during normal operations. We also photograph vacant spaces to highlight their potential for prospective tenants.

Drone coverage shows property context, parking, access points, proximity to highways, neighboring businesses, and overall site layout — all critical factors for commercial tenants and investors. Our drone pilots are FAA Part 107 certified and operate across all four Texas metros.

While not required, we strongly recommend having someone on-site during the shoot. This allows you to review visuals in real time and request any specific shots or angles, or areas you want captured.

If you cannot attend, you are welcome to send us special requests in advance — such as community amenities (pool, clubhouse), specific rooms, or preferred angles — and we will do our best to include them.

If no one is present and no prior requests are provided, our photographers will proceed using their professional judgment and standard coverage guidelines, focusing on the main living areas and key features. Secondary spaces or specific requests may not be captured.

If additional images are requested afterward that require a return visit, a reshoot fee will apply. Planning ahead or being on-site helps ensure everything is captured the first time and avoids additional costs.
