Why Brokers, Owners & Asset Managers Choose Shoot2Sell
Corporate tenants, national retailers, and investors evaluate dozens of properties simultaneously — most of them remotely. They need video walkthroughs to experience the space without booking a flight, aerial views to assess access, parking, and location context, 3D tours with measurement tools for space planning, floor plans for build-out proposals, and virtual staging to help prospects visualize multiple configurations from a single vacant space.
Shoot2Sell delivers the complete commercial media package — professional photography, aerial drone coverage, HD video tours, social media reels, Matterport 3D tours, floor plans, and virtual staging — all from one provider with 24-hour delivery after the end of the shoot. We handle occupied buildings, tenant coordination, and security requirements so you can focus on closing deals. Every deliverable drops cleanly into an offering memorandum, investor deck, tour book, or leasing flyer — no reformatting required.
From a Class A office tower in Uptown Dallas to a retail strip center in San Antonio — we cover every property type across every Texas metro.
One Booking, Every Service
Most commercial brokers piece together media from multiple vendors. That means coordinating schedules around tenant access windows, managing multiple invoices, and getting inconsistent quality across properties.
With Shoot2Sell, one visit covers everything. Book photography, aerial, video, and floor plans together — our team captures it all in a single appointment. Consistent quality across every property type and size.

Commercial Media FAQs
1How much does commercial real estate photography cost in Texas?
Commercial photography pricing is based on property size and scope. A small retail space or office suite starts at the base rate, while large industrial facilities, multi-building campuses, and medical complexes are priced based on total coverage needed. We photograph everything from 1,000 sqft storefronts in Deep Ellum to 100,000+ sqft industrial properties in Grand Prairie. Every package includes professional editing with complimentary blue sky and green grass touch-ups, plus permanent usage rights — your photos are yours to use on websites, brochures, signage, and marketing materials across every platform.
2What types of commercial properties do you photograph?
We photograph all commercial property types: office buildings, retail storefronts, shopping centers, industrial warehouses, distribution centers, medical facilities, restaurants, hotels, mixed-use developments, and vacant land. Whether it's a Class A office tower in Uptown Dallas, a retail pad in Round Rock, or a flex warehouse in Northwest Houston — we have the experience to showcase it.
3How long does a commercial photo shoot take?
Most commercial shoots take 30 to 90 minutes depending on property size and complexity. A single retail suite might take 30 minutes, while a full office building with common areas, conference rooms, and exterior coverage may take 60–90 minutes. We work efficiently to minimize disruption to your tenants and operations.
4Can you photograph occupied commercial spaces?
Absolutely. We regularly photograph occupied offices, retail spaces, and medical facilities. Our photographers are experienced in working around tenants, employees, and customers. We can schedule before or after business hours, during low-traffic periods, or work discreetly during normal operations. We also photograph vacant spaces to highlight their potential for prospective tenants.
5Do you offer aerial photography for commercial properties?
Yes. Aerial photography is one of our most popular add-ons for commercial listings. Drone coverage shows property context, parking, access points, proximity to highways, neighboring businesses, and overall site layout — all critical factors for commercial tenants and investors. Our drone pilots are FAA Part 107 certified and operate across all four Texas metros.
6What file formats do I receive for LoopNet and CoStar?
You receive high-resolution originals plus web-optimized versions formatted for LoopNet, CoStar, CREXi, and MLS platforms. All images are delivered via a shareable online gallery within 24 hours. You can download in bulk or share the gallery link directly with clients and investors.
You receive permanent usage rights with every shoot — use your photos on your website, investor presentations, pitch decks, brochures, and all marketing materials without restrictions or expiration.
7Do you serve all four Texas metros for commercial photography?
Yes. Shoot2Sell provides commercial real estate photography across DFW, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio — including suburbs like Arlington, Grand Prairie, Irving (DFW), Round Rock, Georgetown (Austin), The Woodlands, Katy, Sugar Land (Houston), and New Braunfels, Boerne (San Antonio). Same-day booking is available across all markets.
8What areas does Shoot2Sell serve?
We serve commercial real estate brokers, property owners, and asset managers across all major Texas metros: Dallas-Fort Worth (Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Prosper, Southlake, Flower Mound, Arlington, Rockwall, Denton, Celina, and more), Houston (The Woodlands, Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland, Cypress, Spring, League City, and more), Austin (Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Leander, Lakeway, Dripping Springs, and more), and San Antonio (New Braunfels, Boerne, Schertz, Cibolo, and more).
Outlying suburbs or rural areas may incur a modest trip charge. We are also happy to travel well beyond these metros to locations like East Texas and Southern Oklahoma for a custom travel fee.

9Do we need someone on-site during the shoot?
While not required, we strongly recommend having someone on-site during the shoot. This allows you to review visuals in real time and request any specific shots or angles, or areas you want captured.
If you cannot attend, you are welcome to send us special requests in advance — such as community amenities (pool, clubhouse), specific rooms, or preferred angles — and we will do our best to include them.
If no one is present and no prior requests are provided, our photographers will proceed using their professional judgment and standard coverage guidelines, focusing on the main living areas and key features. Secondary spaces or specific requests may not be captured.
If additional images are requested afterward that require a return visit, a reshoot fee will apply. Planning ahead or being on-site helps ensure everything is captured the first time and avoids additional costs.
