Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about our services, booking, delivery, and more.
Booking & Scheduling
1Can I book a photographer for tomorrow?
In most cases, yes. We have photographers across each market, so next-day availability is standard. Same-day shoots may be available depending on your area β call us to check.
2Can I bundle multiple services into one appointment?
Yes. Most clients bundle photography with aerial, video, floor plans, or 3D tours in a single visit. It saves time, keeps the media consistent, and means fewer disruptions at the property.
3What is your cancellation policy?
Free rescheduling is available up to 4 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 4 hours may incur a late cancellation fee because it becomes difficult to reassign that time slot to another client. If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible and we will work with you to find an alternative date.
4Do you schedule on the weekends?
Photographers are available voluntarily on weekends with an added weekend rate charge. Images will be delivered by noon on the following Monday.
5Can you do same-day service?
Same-day service may be available for an additional rush fee, subject to photographer availability and scheduling.
6What happens if it rains on my shoot day?
Light drizzle and overcast skies are usually workable for ground photography, and Texas weather can flip in an hour. Make the call early. If you contact us at least 4 hours before your scheduled shoot, we'll reschedule at no charge. Closer to shoot time, the crew may already be dispatched and a trip fee can apply. If we're already on site and conditions turn β active heavy rain, storms, or sustained wind β we'll reschedule at no fee. We rely on you for ground truth at the property; please don't ask us to wait it out once the crew has arrived.
On a listing clock? If you need interiors done now and weather is blocking exteriors, we can shoot the interiors at the scheduled appointment and return for exteriors once you reschedule. A return trip carries an Inclement Weather Return (IWR) fee β ask us at booking or at the door.
Aerial/drone shoots have stricter rules β drones cannot fly in any rain, including light drizzle. See the drone weather FAQ for details.
Services & Delivery
1What services does Shoot2Sell offer?
We offer professional photography, HD video tours, aerial drone photography and video, Matterport 3D virtual tours, 2D and 3D floor plans, virtual staging, digital twilight, blue sky and green grass enhancements, and short-form property reels. All services are available across DFW, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio.
2How quickly will I receive my media?
Most services are delivered within 24 hours after the end of the shoot, including photography, video, aerial, and floor plans. Virtual staging is delivered within 24β48 hours after you select your photos and design style.
3Do you offer same-day rush delivery?
Yes. Same-day rush delivery is available for most services. Standard turnaround is 24 hours after the end of the shoot, but if you need files faster, let us know when you book.
4What's included in a real estate photography package?
Every photography package includes professionally edited, high-resolution images delivered to your dashboard within 24 hours. You can add aerial, video, floor plans, 3D tours, or virtual staging to the same appointment.
5Can I request a reshoot if I don't like the photos?
Photo approval happens on-site. Your photographer walks each frame with you before leaving the property β flag any concerns then and we'll re-take while we're still there.
After delivery, minor edits and Photoshop refinements are included at no charge β just reply to your delivery email with what you'd like adjusted.
Full reshoots requiring our team to return to the property carry a modest service fee. Most clients never need this because of the on-site approval step.
6How much does Shoot2Sell cost?
Pricing depends on square footage, services selected (photography, video, drone, 3D tours, floor plans, virtual staging), and your metro market. Most residential listings fall between $159 and $549 per shoot; add-ons like aerial, twilight, virtual staging, and Matterport 3D are priced per service.
All current rates are listed on each service's page and inside the booking flow. See your total in 60 seconds at /book β pick services, enter property details, and the total appears before confirming. Only unusual scope (recurring builder shoots, multi-property contracts, very large commercial campuses) needs a custom conversation.
General
1What areas does Shoot2Sell serve?
We serve real estate agents across all major Texas metros: Dallas-Fort Worth (Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Prosper, Southlake, Flower Mound, Arlington, Rockwall, Denton, Celina, and more), Houston (The Woodlands, Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland, Cypress, Spring, League City, and more), Austin (Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Leander, Lakeway, Dripping Springs, and more), and San Antonio (New Braunfels, Boerne, Schertz, Cibolo, and more).

2Does professional photography actually help sell homes faster?
Yes β and the data is clear. According to Redfin (2024), homes with professional photos sell 32% faster and spend 34 fewer days on market compared to listings with amateur photos (89 vs. 123 days). NAR reports that 87% of buyers say photos are the most useful feature on listing websites. Professional images also receive 61% more online views, which translates directly to more showings and faster offers.
3Can I see examples of your work before booking?
Absolutely. Each service page includes a portfolio of recent work. You can also browse by property type β residential, multifamily, commercial, builder, or rental β to see examples relevant to your market.
Payments & Copyright
1What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payment via website, phone credit/debit card payment, and keeping a card on file for day-of-service charging.
2Do I own the images?
Shoot2Sell owns the copyright. MLS shoots have Temporary Usage Rights until the property sells and for 90days after, for "Just sold" marketing. Portfolio shoots have Permanent Usage Rights. Images cannot be transferred or sold.
3How do I pay?
We accept payment online via our website or by phone with a credit/debit card. We can also keep a credit card on file and submit the charge on the day of service.

Dashboard & Virtual Tour
1How do I share my images or Virtual Tour with my homeowner?
Scroll past the Property Info area on your listing page to the Sharing Tools section. You can also share your Virtual Tour anywhere by copying and pasting the URL.
To give edit access or download permissions to a teammate instead of just viewing, see the team-member questions below.
2What is the difference between branded and unbranded Virtual Tours?
Your Dashboard includes both versions of every tour. The branded Virtual Tour includes your agent contact information, headshot, website link, and a Lead Collection form that lets prospects reach you by phone, email, or Facebook Messenger.
The unbranded Virtual Tour meets MLS regulations in the Texas areas we serve, so it can be posted directly on the MLS. Marketing copy must be MLS-compliant because it appears in both versions.
3How do I add my Listing Coordinator or another team member?
For simple viewing, use the Sharing Tools on the listing page. For team members who need to edit listings or download media, they will need to log in with their own account.
Once added as Editors, team members get full access to download media and edit listing information. Let us know during booking or email Shoot2Sell support to add team members.
4How do I log in for the first time and set my password?
You'll receive a default password in your Image Delivery email. When you log in for the first time, we recommend setting a secure password of your choosing.
Click the "View & Download Images, Virtual Tour" link in the delivery email to reach the login page.
5What if I forgot my password?
Use the Reset Password link on the login screen. Enter your email address and follow the instructions we send you. If the reset doesn't work, contact Shoot2Sell support.
6Why did I get a 403 or 400 error message?
The most common reason for a 403 or 400 error is logging in with the wrong email address. Make sure you're using the email you use to do business with Shoot2Sell.
If the error persists after verifying your email, contact support.
7How do I make changes to listing info or move my photos?
Both Owners and Editors can access listings to change information and download media.
Be an Owner if you're sharing Virtual Tours that carry your headshot and contact information. Be an Editor if you're a Listing Coordinator or you only need to enter listing information or download media.
8Can I change the Marketing Address after sharing?
Yes β but if you change the Marketing Address of a listing, the URL to share the Virtual Tour will also change. Verify the Marketing Address is correct before you share your Virtual Tours.
