All floor plans are measured on-site during your photography appointment. Pricing varies by plan type and property size.

Floor plan pricing is based on property size and plan type. Options include 2D Standard plans (detailed with dimensions and labels), 3D plans (rendered with furnishings and textures), and an Interactive add-on for any 2D plan. Our photographers use laser measurement tools during your scheduled photography appointment. They capture room dimensions, wall positions, and architectural features while on-site. This data is then processed by our drafting team into your chosen floor plan format. No separate appointment is needed — floor plan measurements are taken during the same visit as your photos.

Floor plans are delivered within 24 hours of your photography appointment, alongside your edited photos. 2D plans typically deliver in 24 hours. 3D rendered plans may take up to 24 hours due to additional processing. Interactive floor plans are delivered with a shareable link and embed code.

Yes. All floor plans are delivered in MLS-compatible formats (JPEG and PDF). You can upload them directly to your MLS as supplemental images. Important disclaimer: Floor plans are for marketing illustration purposes only and are not a substitute for architectural floor plans. Measurements are approximate and should not be used for construction, legal, or appraisal purposes.

Absolutely. Listings with floor plans receive up to 30% more engagement than those without (Rightmove). Floor plans help buyers understand the flow and layout before visiting — saving time for both agents and buyers. They're especially valuable for relocation buyers who can't easily visit in person, and for larger homes where room relationships matter.

Outlying suburbs or rural areas may incur a modest trip charge. We are also happy to travel well beyond these metros to locations like East Texas and Southern Oklahoma for a custom travel fee.

While not required, we strongly recommend having someone on-site during the shoot. This allows you to review visuals in real time and request any specific shots or angles, or areas you want captured.

If you cannot attend, you are welcome to send us special requests in advance — such as community amenities (pool, clubhouse), specific rooms, or preferred angles — and we will do our best to include them.

If no one is present and no prior requests are provided, our photographers will proceed using their professional judgment and standard coverage guidelines, focusing on the main living areas and key features. Secondary spaces or specific requests may not be captured.

If additional images are requested afterward that require a return visit, a reshoot fee will apply. Planning ahead or being on-site helps ensure everything is captured the first time and avoids additional costs.
