Why Property Managers Choose Shoot2Sell

Prospective renters browse ILS platforms and community websites the same way they shop on Amazon — scrolling fast, judging instantly. They want aerial views that show the full community — pool, dog park, fitness center — not just a unit, video walkthroughs that sell the lifestyle, 3D tours so remote relocators can tour without visiting, floor plans for every unit type, and virtual staging to make vacant units feel move-in ready.

Shoot2Sell delivers the complete multifamily media package — professional photography, aerial drone coverage, HD video tours, social media reels, Matterport 3D tours, floor plans, and virtual staging — all from one provider with 24-hour delivery after the end of the shoot. We work around occupied units, turn schedules, and amenity access with minimal disruption to residents and staff.

Whether you manage a garden-style community in Katy or a high-rise in Uptown Dallas — we deliver consistent quality across every property in your portfolio.

One Booking, Every Service

Most property management companies juggle multiple media vendors across multiple communities. That means inconsistent quality, fragmented scheduling, and media that doesn't match your brand standards.

With Shoot2Sell, one visit covers everything. Book photography, aerial, video, and floor plans together — our team captures it all in a single appointment. Consistent quality across every community in your portfolio.

Apartment & Multifamily Media FAQs

1
How much does apartment community photography cost?

Multifamily pricing is based on number of unit types, amenity coverage, exterior shots, video, and whether aerial is included. See the pricing section on this page — and the booking flow shows your full estimate before confirming. Recurring lease-up programs and very large communities are arranged by phone.

2
Can you photograph amenity spaces and common areas?

Amenity photography is important for every multifamily package. Let us know what you shot list is and we will get it. We cover pools, fitness centers, clubhouses, leasing offices, dog parks, rooftop terraces, business centers, game rooms, and any outdoor living space that differentiates your community. Amenity photos are often the deciding factor for renters comparing similar communities in the same submarket.

3
Do you work with property management companies?

Yes. We work with property management companies of all sizes — from single-property owners to national operators managing hundreds of communities across Texas. We coordinate shoots across multiple properties, maintain consistent brand standards and deliverables, and support ongoing photography needs across DFW, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio.

4
Are photos optimized for Apartments.com and Zillow Rentals?

Every photo is edited and formatted for ILS platforms including Apartments.com, Zillow Rentals, Rent.com, RentCafe, and Realpage. We deliver high-resolution originals plus web-optimized versions that meet each platform's recommended specs. Bright, clean editing that makes units look move-in ready and amenities look inviting.

You receive permanent usage rights with every shoot — use your photos on your property website, leasing brochures, corporate presentations, and all marketing materials without restrictions or expiration.

5
Do you offer aerial photography for apartment communities?

Aerial photography is one of our most requested services for multifamily properties. Drone coverage shows the full community layout, building density, parking, green spaces, pool areas, proximity to highways, retail, and public transit. This context matters to renters who want to understand the community footprint before scheduling a tour. FAA Part 107 certified pilots across all four Texas metros.

6
Can you photograph occupied units?

We strongly recommend photographing vacant or model units for the best results — personal belongings and tenant decor create inconsistencies across listings. However, we can photograph recently vacated units that are turn-ready or units with minimal personal items. If no vacant units are available, we can use virtual staging to create a clean, furnished look from empty unit photos.

7
What areas does Shoot2Sell serve?

We serve property managers, leasing teams, and multifamily owners across all major Texas metros: Dallas-Fort Worth (Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Prosper, Southlake, Flower Mound, Arlington, Rockwall, Denton, Celina, and more), Houston (The Woodlands, Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland, Cypress, Spring, League City, and more), Austin (Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Leander, Lakeway, Dripping Springs, and more), and San Antonio (New Braunfels, Boerne, Schertz, Cibolo, and more).

Outlying suburbs or rural areas may incur a modest trip charge. We are also happy to travel well beyond these metros to locations like East Texas and Southern Oklahoma for a custom travel fee.

8
Do we need someone on-site during the shoot?

While not required, we strongly recommend having someone on-site during the shoot. This allows you to review visuals in real time and request any specific shots or angles, or areas you want captured.

If you cannot attend, you are welcome to send us special requests in advance — such as community amenities (pool, clubhouse), specific rooms, or preferred angles — and we will do our best to include them.

If no one is present and no prior requests are provided, our photographers will proceed using their professional judgment and standard coverage guidelines, focusing on the main living areas and key features. Secondary spaces or specific requests may not be captured.

If additional images are requested afterward that require a return visit, a reshoot fee will apply. Planning ahead or being on-site helps ensure everything is captured the first time and avoids additional costs.

9
Should I update exterior photos seasonally?

Class A properties benefit from seasonal updates showcasing spring landscaping, summer pool scenes, or holiday common area decorations. For most communities, exterior photos remain effective for 2–3 years unless significant renovations or landscaping changes occur. We include blue sky and green grass touch-ups to ensure photos look vibrant regardless of weather conditions.

10
What's included in multifamily exterior photography?

You receive professionally edited exterior photos covering building facades, leasing office entrance, community monuments, landscaping, parking areas, and neighborhood context. All images are color-corrected with blue sky and green grass touch-ups included, delivered in both high-resolution and ILS-ready formats within 24 hours.
