How much does commercial real estate photography cost in Texas?

Commercial photography pricing is based on number of images and scope. A small retail space or office suite will likely need 10 images, while large industrial facilities, multi-building campuses, and medical complexes will need a lot more. We photograph everything from 1,000 sqft storefronts in Deep Ellum to 100,000+ sqft industrial properties in Grand Prairie. Every package includes professional editing with complimentary blue sky and green grass touch-ups, plus permanent usage rights — your photos are yours to use on websites, brochures, signage, and marketing materials across every platform. These rights are non-transferable, and Shoot2Sell retains the copyright.

How long does a commercial photo shoot take?

Accepted Answer

Most commercial shoots take 30 to 90 minutes depending on property size and complexity. A single retail suite might take 30 minutes, while a full office building with common areas, conference rooms, and exterior coverage may take 60–90 minutes. We work efficiently to minimize disruption to your tenants and operations.

Is your drone operation FAA-compliant and insured?

Yes — all flights are conducted by FAA Part 107 certified pilots operating within applicable FAA regulations. We carry commercial drone insurance and provide certificates of compliance on request. We assist with FAA airspace authorization when required, subject to approval and airspace restrictions (typically near airports, military sites, heliports, stadiums, and any Temporary Flight Restrictions). We carry liability coverage that meets the requirements of most property managers, landlords, and commercial brokers. Certificates of insurance are available upon request for property management companies and ownership groups.

Can you photograph occupied commercial spaces?

Absolutely. We regularly photograph occupied offices, retail spaces, and medical facilities . Our photographers are experienced in working around tenants, employees, and customers. We can schedule before or after business hours, during low-traffic periods, or work discreetly during normal operations. We also photograph vacant spaces to highlight their potential for prospective tenants.

Yes. Same-day booking is available across all markets.

What happens if it rains on my shoot day?

Accepted Answer

Light drizzle and overcast skies are usually workable for ground photography, and Texas weather can flip in an hour. Make the call early. If you contact us at least 4 hours before your scheduled shoot, we'll reschedule at no charge. Closer to shoot time, the crew may already be dispatched and a trip fee can apply. If we're already on site and conditions turn — active heavy rain, storms, or sustained wind — we'll reschedule at no fee. We rely on you for ground truth at the property; please don't ask us to wait it out once the crew has arrived.

On a listing clock? If you need interiors done now and weather is blocking exteriors, we can shoot the interiors at the scheduled appointment and return for exteriors once you reschedule. A return trip carries an Inclement Weather Return (IWR) fee — ask us at booking or at the door.

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Digital payments only. You can pay online , by phone with a card, by Zelle, or by ACH bank transfer. We can also keep a card on file and charge it on the day of the shoot. Full payment instructions are on your invoice.
