Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your data.

Shoot2Sell Photography ("Shoot2Sell," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of the people who use our website and services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have about it.

"Service" refers to the website and services available at https://shoot2sell.com. "You" refers to the person using the Service.

Last updated: July 13, 2026.

I. Information we collect

We collect two categories of information:

  • Non-personal information. Anonymous usage data — referring URLs, browser and device type, operating system, access date and time, pages viewed, and click counts. This data is collected automatically and is not tied to you personally.
  • Personal information. Contact details you voluntarily provide — such as an email address, phone number, or name — when you book a shoot, request information, subscribe to marketing, or contact us.

Information collected via technology

Activating the Service only requires an email address. We also use cookies — small data files stored on your device — to recognize returning visitors, understand how the Service is used, and remember your preferences. Cookies may be persistent or session-only.

Most browsers let you refuse cookies or delete them after a visit. Disabling cookies may affect some features of the Service.

II. How we use and share information

Personal information

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent, except as described in Section VI (Your Privacy Choices).

We use personal information to:

  • respond to inquiries, bookings, and support requests
  • send administrative messages about your account or a scheduled shoot
  • send promotional emails you have opted into (you can opt out at any time)
  • gather feedback and improve our services
  • reach you, and people like you, with our own marketing

We share information only with vendors who help us operate the Service, including email delivery providers, booking platforms, payment processors, advertising platforms, and analytics — and only to the extent needed to perform those services.

We may share your contact details, such as your email address and phone number, with advertising platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. We use this to show our ads to you, and to help those platforms find new customers who resemble our existing ones. Your identifiers are hashed (converted into a scrambled, non readable form) before they are sent, and the platforms may not use them for their own purposes or share them with anyone else. You can opt out of this at any time (see Section VI, Your Privacy Choices).

Non-personal information

We aggregate non-personal information to understand usage trends and improve the Service. We may disclose aggregated, non-identifying data to partners, advertisers, or other third parties at our discretion.

Business transfers

If Shoot2Sell is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be among the assets transferred. We will post notice of any change in ownership or use of your personal information on this page.

III. How we protect information

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and vetted third-party hosting — to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will not be accessed, altered, or disclosed by a breach of any of those safeguards.

IV. Your rights regarding your personal information

You can stop receiving promotional emails from us at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing message, or by emailing us (see Section VIII). Administrative messages relating to an active booking or your account will continue regardless of your marketing preferences.

If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives you the right to:

  • confirm whether we are processing your personal data, and access that data;
  • correct inaccuracies in your personal data;
  • delete personal data you provided or that we obtained about you;
  • obtain a portable copy of the personal data you previously provided, in a usable format; and
  • opt out of the processing of your personal data for (a) targeted advertising (see Section VI), (b) the sale of personal data, and (c) profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use that kind of profiling.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us (see Section VIII). We will respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we may extend once by an additional 45 days and will tell you why. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request, including an opt-out of targeted advertising.

Appeals. If we decline to act on your request, we will explain why. You may appeal by emailing us (see Section VIII) with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line. We will respond to your appeal within 60 days. If we deny your appeal, you may submit a complaint to the Texas Attorney General at https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/consumer-protection/file-consumer-complaint.

V. Links to other websites

This Privacy Policy applies solely to information we collect through the Service. The Service may contain links to third-party websites whose privacy practices we do not control. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any site you visit from ours.

VI. Your Privacy Choices

We use advertising tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google to show relevant ads and to measure how our ads perform. This can involve sharing certain information about your visit with those companies for targeted advertising.

If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives you the right to opt out of the processing of your personal data for targeted advertising. You can make this choice at any time:

  • Select "Your Privacy Choices" in the footer of any page and turn on the opt-out, or
  • Use a browser or browser extension that sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. We treat a GPC signal as a valid request to opt out of targeted advertising, and it is applied automatically.

When you opt out, we stop sharing your activity with Meta and Google for advertising and remarketing. Essential site features and our own website analytics continue to work, because they are not used for targeted advertising.

Your choice is saved on the browser and device you are using. You may need to set it again on a different browser or device, or if you clear your cookies.

If you have questions about your privacy choices, contact us at contact@shoot2sell.net.

VII. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will take effect 30 days after we post an updated version to this page. Non-material changes take effect immediately. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
