Why Smart Agents Add Floor Plans
Listings with floor plans get up to 30% more engagement. Buyers spend longer reviewing the property and understanding the layout. (Rightmove)
Nearly 20% of buyers skip listings without a floor plan. For relocation buyers, the number is even higher. (Rightmove buyer survey)
2D Standard, 3D Rendered, and Interactive options. Priced by property size. Measured on-site during your photo shoot for accuracy.
Relocation Buyers Love Floor Plans
Out-of-town buyers can't always visit. Floor plans show room sizes, flow, and layout, often the deciding factor for scheduling a showing.
Saves Showing Time
Buyers arrive already familiar with the layout. Fewer surprises, more productive showings, faster decisions for both buyer and agent.
One Appointment, Everything Included
Photographers capture measurements during your scheduled shoot. No extra appointments or coordination, floor plans ship with your photos.
MLS-Ready Formats
Delivered in JPEG and PDF formats compatible with all major MLS systems. Upload directly as supplemental images alongside your listing photos.
Choose Your Floor Plan Style
2D Standard
Detailed layout with room dimensions, labels, fixtures, and total square footage available upon request. Popular choice for MLS listings.
3D Rendered
Full 3D rendering with furnishings, textures, and highlighted surfaces for a realistic view. Perfect for vacant or luxury listings.
Interactive
Clickable, embeddable floor plan with room hotspots. Add to any 2D plan. Buyers click rooms to see photos. Shareable link included.
Photos show buyers what a home looks like. Floor plans show them how it lives. When a buyer can see room dimensions, traffic flow, and spatial relationships at a glance, they arrive at showings with genuine interest, not just curiosity.
For Texas agents competing in fast-moving markets like DFW, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio, floor plans are a differentiator. Floor plans answer the layout question before a buyer schedules a showing. Floor plans are one of the most affordable ways to elevate your listing. See the pricing section for current rates.

Getting the Most From Your Floor Plans

Floor plans are most impactful on homes with unique layouts, multiple stories, or large square footage where photos alone can't convey the flow. They're also essential for relocation buyers, investors, and new construction where understanding the full layout before visiting is critical.
Upload your floor plan as the second or third image in your MLS listing for maximum visibility. Interactive floor plans can be linked from your listing description or embedded directly on your brokerage website.
Note: Floor plans are marketing drawings for illustration purposes, not a substitute for architectural plans, and measurements are approximate. See What Your Floor Plan Includes for what a plan does and does not show.
How It Works

Select your preferred floor plan type when booking your photography appointment. 2D Standard, 3D, or Interactive.

Your measurements are processed by our drafting team into your chosen format — clean, accurate, and branded with your listing details.
4. Delivered With Photos
Floor plans arrive in 24 hours alongside your edited photos. MLS-ready JPEG and PDF formats, plus interactive link if selected.
What Your Floor Plan Includes
Your floor plan is a marketing drawing of the property as it was on the day of the shoot. It shows walls, doors, windows, openings and stairs, approximate room dimensions, total square footage, and standard symbols for fixtures and appliances. Rooms are labeled and you choose the names, so a space you are marketing as a wine room, a study or a gym is labeled that way. If we get something wrong, we correct it at no charge.
Not included:
- Text labels or callouts on anything that is not a room
- Cabinetry, millwork, wardrobe interiors, niche or ceiling detail
- Construction or architectural detail
- Any layout other than the one that exists, including proposed, planned or possible changes
These are not part of the floor plan and are not available as add ons. To highlight particular features, tell us before your shoot so your photographer can cover them, or add an interactive floor plan so buyers can click a room and see its photos.
