Show What Ground-Level Photos Cannot
Static photos show individual spaces and angles — but they cannot communicate the property scale, access infrastructure, and surrounding context that drive commercial leasing and investment decisions. Cinematic drone video gives brokers, tenants, and investors a true sense of building footprint, parking capacity, highway visibility, and proximity to retail, transit, and workforce centers.
Our aerial flyovers capture everything that matters to commercial marketing: property scale from multiple altitudes, loading docks and access points, signage visibility, tenant adjacencies, and surrounding infrastructure. Every video is professionally edited with stabilization, color grading, speed ramping, and licensed music.
Finished videos are delivered within 24 hours after the end of the shoot in web-optimized formats ready for LoopNet, CoStar, Crexi, broker websites, social media, investor presentations, and lobby displays. Permanent usage rights included — no licensing fees, no expiration.
Why Commercial Brokers Invest in Aerial Video
Commercial properties with video tours see a 65% increase in property viewings — aerial video gives prospects the site context they need before visiting in person (VidTech CRE study, 2024).
Websites featuring video content see 88% more time spent by visitors, increasing prospect engagement with your property details (HubSpot, 2024).
80% of decision-makers prefer video when evaluating properties online, making aerial video essential for capturing attention on LoopNet, CoStar, and broker sites (Wyzowl, 2024).
Cinematic Production
Professional drone filming with stabilized cameras, cinematic flight paths, and HD resolution captures your property from perspectives that ground-level photography cannot match.
Licensed Music
Every video includes commercially licensed music scored to match the tone of your property — polished for Class A office, energetic for retail, commanding for industrial.

Aerial Video for Leasing, Marketing, and Development
Brokers, business owners, and investors all need to see the full picture — not just interior photos and floor plans. Aerial video captures building footprint, parking ratios, loading access, signage visibility, surrounding context, and neighborhood energy that static photos simply cannot convey.
One aerial video shoot creates content for listing portals, brokerage websites, social media, Google Business profiles, investor decks, and restaurant or retail grand-opening campaigns. The footage works across every marketing channel with permanent usage rights.

Commercial Aerial Video FAQs
1How long is a commercial aerial video?
Aerial Curb Appeal Video (30 sec) — Dynamic showcase of property scale, access, and location context. Perfect for LoopNet, CoStar, and social campaigns.
Full Cinematic Aerial Tour (2 min) — Comprehensive coverage of buildings, parking, infrastructure, tenant positioning, and surrounding amenities. Built for investor presentations and broker packages.
Need a custom length or hybrid edit combining aerial and interior footage? Contact our team.
2What happens if weather affects my drone shoot?
Drones cannot fly in any rain — even light drizzle can damage the electronics, so any active precipitation is a hard stop for aerial work. Wind is harder to judge from the ground, so the pilot may make a final call on site if winds are borderline — that's a pilot judgment, not a client miss.
For obvious conditions (any rain, thunderstorms, visibly heavy wind), make the call early: contact us at least 4 hours before your scheduled shoot and we'll reschedule at no charge. Closer to shoot time, the crew may already be dispatched and a trip fee can apply. If we're on site and conditions turn unsafe — drizzle, gusts, lightning in the area — we'll reschedule at no fee.
3What deliverables are included?
You receive a professionally edited video — either a 30-second property highlight or 2-minute full tour — with color grading, stabilization, speed ramping, licensed music, and optional title/logo overlays (available as an add-on). Final files are delivered in web-optimized HD MP4 format for broker websites, listing portals, social media, investor presentations, and lobby displays. All delivered within 24 hours after the end of the shoot of the shoot.
4Is the background music licensed for commercial use?
Yes — every aerial video includes fully licensed music cleared for commercial use across all marketing channels. You can publish to broker websites, LoopNet, CoStar, YouTube, social media, email campaigns, investor presentations, and lobby displays without any additional licensing fees or copyright concerns.
5Where can we use the aerial video?
Permanent usage rights included.
Use your video across all marketing channels — listing portals, broker sites, social media, investor materials, presentations, and digital displays. No expiration. No hidden fees.
6What areas does Shoot2Sell serve?
We serve commercial real estate brokers, property owners, and asset managers across all major Texas metros: Dallas-Fort Worth (Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Prosper, Southlake, Flower Mound, Arlington, Rockwall, Denton, Celina, and more), Houston (The Woodlands, Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland, Cypress, Spring, League City, and more), Austin (Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Leander, Lakeway, Dripping Springs, and more), and San Antonio (New Braunfels, Boerne, Schertz, Cibolo, and more).
Outlying suburbs or rural areas may incur a modest trip charge. We are also happy to travel well beyond these metros to locations like East Texas and Southern Oklahoma for a custom travel fee.

7Do we need someone on-site during the shoot?
While not required, we strongly recommend having someone on-site during the shoot. This allows you to review visuals in real time and request any specific shots or angles, or areas you want captured.
If you cannot attend, you are welcome to send us special requests in advance — such as community amenities (pool, clubhouse), specific rooms, or preferred angles — and we will do our best to include them.
If no one is present and no prior requests are provided, our photographers will proceed using their professional judgment and standard coverage guidelines, focusing on the main living areas and key features. Secondary spaces or specific requests may not be captured.
If additional images are requested afterward that require a return visit, a reshoot fee will apply. Planning ahead or being on-site helps ensure everything is captured the first time and avoids additional costs.
