Pricing is based on number of images and scope of coverage . A single model home or spec home starts at our base rate with price scaling by image count. If you need multiple spec homes, community amenity coverage, aerial photography, or recurring shoots across a development, we build a custom package based on your total needs. We work with everyone from custom home builders in Dripping Springs to national production builders with master-planned communities across DFW.

How quickly can you turn around photos for a new shoot?

Accepted Answer

Standard delivery is 24 hours for photography from the end of your shoot , including interior, exterior, and aerial stills and video. Virtual staging is delivered within 24-48 hours after you select your photos and design style for human-reviewed results. Same-day rush delivery is available for time-sensitive listings or pre-sale launches. We understand builders work on tight timelines and build our delivery around your schedule.

Can you shoot photography for multiple spec homes and communities?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Builders running multiple spec homes or communities get preferred scheduling and dedicated photographer assignment for consistency across the portfolio. Whether you have 10+ spec homes per month in communities like Celina and Prosper, or you need ongoing coverage across multiple developments, we coordinate shoot days around your production schedule.

Can you photograph spec homes before they are fully staged?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We photograph spec homes at every stage of completion . For finished but unfurnished spec homes, our photography captures the finishes, floor plan flow, natural light, and architectural details that matter to buyers. For homes that need a furnished look, our virtual staging service digitally furnishes empty rooms for a fraction of the cost of physical staging — and we provide staged and unstaged pairs so buyers see exactly what they are purchasing.

Can you photograph a model home while it is open to visitors?

Accepted Answer

We recommend scheduling shoots before or after model home hours for the best results — natural light is optimal and there is no foot traffic in the background. That said, we can shoot during off-peak hours if needed. A typical model home shoot takes 45-60 minutes, and we coordinate with your on-site sales team to minimize any disruption.

What about construction progress documentation?

We offer recurring milestone photography for construction progress documentation. Coverage typically includes foundation, framing, mechanical rough-in, drywall, and final finishes. This is popular with builders who need to share updates with investors, lenders, and out-of-town buyers. We offer weekly, biweekly, or milestone-based scheduling depending on your project timeline and reporting requirements.

Question 7

What happens if it rains on my shoot day?

Accepted Answer

Light drizzle and overcast skies are usually workable for ground photography, and Texas weather can flip in an hour. Make the call early. If you contact us at least 4 hours before your scheduled shoot, we'll reschedule at no charge. Closer to shoot time, the crew may already be dispatched and a trip fee can apply. If we're already on site and conditions turn — active heavy rain, storms, or sustained wind — we'll reschedule at no fee. We rely on you for ground truth at the property; please don't ask us to wait it out once the crew has arrived.

On a listing clock? If you need interiors done now and weather is blocking exteriors, we can shoot the interiors at the scheduled appointment and return for exteriors once you reschedule. A return trip carries an Inclement Weather Return (IWR) fee — ask us at booking or at the door.

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Digital payments only. You can pay online , by phone with a card, by Zelle, or by ACH bank transfer. We can also keep a card on file and charge it on the day of the shoot. Full payment instructions are on your invoice.
