What San Antonio listings usually need
Every service below is available across Greater San Antonio, but a few earn their place more often here than elsewhere. Aerial photography does the most work in this market, because so much of what sells a Hill Country or acreage listing sits outside the walls: the lot, the elevation, the tree line and the distance to a neighbor. Floor plans matter more than average because of the relocation traffic described above. Matterport and 3D tours carry the same weight for the same reason, and they hold up well on larger gated homes where a buyer struggles to understand the layout from photos alone. Video suits the historic districts, where the walk through a house tells the story better than any single frame. If you are weighing what a particular listing needs, call and we will talk it through with you.

How we shoot each part of the San Antonio market
San Antonio does not photograph like one market, and a single day can run across several of them. A historic home in King William, a gated estate in The Dominion, a Hill Country property outside Boerne and a new build along the I-35 corridor each need a different plan, so we come prepared for the property in front of us rather than working from one checklist.
Every listing gets the same standard, and the number of images is set by the package you book. What changes is where those images get spent, and that is your call. You know what this house is being sold on, so tell us what to lead with and we build the set around it.
What we tend to hear across the metro is worth knowing when you decide:
- Larger homes (The Dominion, Stone Oak, Shavano Park): usually more rooms than a package has frames, so agents point us at the social spaces and the primary suite, plus whatever makes that house distinctive, a wine cellar, a home theater, a dedicated study, the outdoor entertaining areas.
- Hill Country (Boerne, Fair Oaks Ranch): the land is usually the story, so aerials and exteriors earn a bigger share of the set, framing acreage, elevation and the views that made the buyer look in the first place.
- Historic districts (King William, Monte Vista, Alamo Heights, Olmos Park): often it is the architectural detail an agent wants carried through, the millwork, tile and built-ins a generic room shot would miss.
- New construction (New Braunfels and Schertz corridor): a consistency problem more than a creative one, so we shoot and process every home in a community the same way, which keeps exposure and color steady across a builder's whole inventory.
Tell us when you book which rooms or features you want emphasized and your photographer will plan coverage around them. Our Which Rooms Do We Shoot page sets out how we prioritize when you leave it to us.
Built for buyers who see the listing before they see the city
A large share of San Antonio buyers are relocating, including military families moving to San Antonio, and they are often shopping from another state. For those buyers the listing media is the showing. They scroll first, shortlist from photos and video, and only travel once a home has already earned a place on the list.
That is why we treat aerials, floor plans and 3D tours as part of the core package on relocation-heavy listings rather than as extras. A floor plan answers the question a remote buyer cannot answer from stills, and a Matterport tour lets them walk the house from wherever they are before booking a flight.
