How many photos do I need for my apartment community?

Most communities are well covered by 20 to 40 photos: multiple unit types, the main amenities, exterior perspectives, and lifestyle moments, without overwhelming a renter who is browsing. We work with your team on a shot list that covers your floor plan mix and key community features. Larger communities, several buildings, or a wide floor plan mix often need more than that. Those are quoted individually, so contact us and we will scope it with you.

Do you photograph amenities like the pool and fitness center?

Amenity and lifestyle photos often drive final leasing decisions by showcasing community experience and justifying premium pricing — especially for Class A properties where lifestyle matters as much as unit quality. Resort-style pools, fitness centers, co-working spaces, and outdoor gathering areas are frequently the deciding factors for quality renters.

Should we photograph vacant or occupied units?

Accepted Answer

Vacant, staged units photograph best. If staging isn't possible, virtual staging provides a cost-effective alternative. Well-maintained occupied units with minimal personal items also work. We never photograph cluttered spaces — they hurt your listing performance. Pair with our virtual staging service to transform vacant units into compelling marketing assets.

I manage multiple properties — can you shoot them all in one day?

Yes — we coordinate multi-property shoots for portfolio managers, optimizing travel time and providing efficient coverage across multiple locations. Whether you manage 1 property or 50, we deliver consistent quality with coordinated scheduling and standardized delivery formats.

Question 5

Are your drone flights FAA compliant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All flights are conducted by FAA Part 107 certified pilots operating within applicable FAA regulations. We carry commercial drone insurance and provide certificates of compliance on request. We assist with FAA airspace authorization when required, subject to approval and airspace restrictions (typically near airports, military sites, heliports, stadiums, and any Temporary Flight Restrictions).

How much do apartment 3D tours cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing scales with the number and size of spaces scanned. A single unit scan starts at our base rate; multi-unit packages cover communities scanning multiple floor-plan types and amenity spaces. Question 7

What happens if it rains on my shoot day?

Accepted Answer

Light drizzle and overcast skies are usually workable for ground photography, and Texas weather can flip in an hour. Make the call early. If you contact us at least 4 hours before your scheduled shoot, we'll reschedule at no charge. Closer to shoot time, the crew may already be dispatched and a trip fee can apply. If we're already on site and conditions turn — active heavy rain, storms, or sustained wind — we'll reschedule at no fee. We rely on you for ground truth at the property; please don't ask us to wait it out once the crew has arrived.

On a listing clock? If you need interiors done now and weather is blocking exteriors, we can shoot the interiors at the scheduled appointment and return for exteriors once you reschedule. A return trip carries an Inclement Weather Return (IWR) fee — ask us at booking or at the door.

Question 8

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Digital payments only. You can pay online , by phone with a card, by Zelle, or by ACH bank transfer. We can also keep a card on file and charge it on the day of the shoot. Full payment instructions are on your invoice.
