Can you film between tenant stays?

Yes — we routinely schedule shoots during turnover windows. Our crew arrives ready to capture efficiently, typically finishing in under two hours. Tell us the best times that work, to avoid disrupting your rental schedule.

Is the background music licensed for commercial use?

Yes — every video includes fully licensed music cleared for commercial use on every rental platform, your direct website, social media, and paid ads. We select tracks that match the property vibe — whether that’s a relaxed lake house, upscale downtown loft, or family-friendly home. No additional licensing fees or restrictions.

Are the videos optimized for rental platforms?

Yes. The video is delivered as a horizontal (16:9) MP4 for rental listing platforms and your direct website. A vertical (9:16) crop for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook Stories is available for a small additional fee. You receive permanent, non-transferable marketing rights, and Shoot2Sell retains the copyright.

What should we prepare before the shoot?

We capture the property renter-ready — exactly as it would look when a tenant moves in or a guest checks in. Stage the space with fresh linens, clear countertops, and any welcome touches you normally provide. Turn on all lights, open blinds, and make sure outdoor spaces are clean and accessible. We handle the rest.

What do I receive after the shoot?

You receive a professionally edited video, either a 30-second highlight or a 2-minute full walkthrough, delivered as a horizontal (16:9) MP4. It includes licensed music, color grading, stabilization, and text overlays highlighting key amenities. A vertical crop for social media is available for a small additional fee.

Do we need someone on-site during the shoot?

While not required, we strongly recommend having someone on-site during the shoot. This allows you to review visuals in real time and request any specific shots or angles, or areas you want captured.

If you cannot attend, you are welcome to send us special requests in advance — such as community amenities (pool, clubhouse), specific rooms, or preferred angles — and we will do our best to include them.

If no one is present and no prior requests are provided, our photographers will proceed using their professional judgment and standard coverage guidelines, focusing on the main living areas and key features. Secondary spaces or specific requests may not be captured.

If additional images are requested afterward that require a return visit, a reshoot fee will apply. Planning ahead or being on-site helps ensure everything is captured the first time and avoids additional costs.
