Every image is edited and exported to meet platform requirements — proper resolution, aspect ratio, and file size for Airbnb, VRBO, Furnished Finder, Zillow Rentals, and property websites. We also sequence photos in the recommended order: hero exterior, key living spaces, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, then amenities.

We shoot these at the best natural light angles to highlight the lifestyle experience renters are searching for.

Do we need someone on-site during the shoot?

Accepted Answer

While not required, we strongly recommend having someone on-site during the shoot . This allows you to review visuals in real time and request any specific shots or angles, or areas you want captured. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to send us special requests in advance — such as community amenities (pool, clubhouse), specific rooms, or preferred angles — and we will do our best to include them. If no one is present and no prior requests are provided, our photographers will proceed using their professional judgment and standard coverage guidelines, focusing on the main living areas and key features. Secondary spaces or specific requests may not be captured. If additional images are requested afterward that require a return visit, a reshoot fee will apply . Planning ahead or being on-site helps ensure everything is captured the first time and avoids additional costs.

Do I need fresh photos every time a long-term tenant moves out?

Not usually. High-quality photos of unfurnished or staged spaces typically stay accurate across 3–5 lease cycles, assuming no major renovations. Permanent usage rights are included, so you can relist the same property across turnovers without re-licensing. The exception: if you've updated flooring, paint, appliances, or landscaping, a refresh is worth it — a dated-looking listing drops on every platform's search ranking. These rights are non-transferable, and Shoot2Sell retains the copyright.
