We offer two formats: 2D dimensioned plans with labeled rooms and square footage — the most popular option for rental properties — and 3D perspective views that help renters visualize the space before committing. Both formats are delivered in digital files ready for every rental platform and your direct website.

Our technician visits the property with professional measuring equipment and captures every room, hallway, and closet. The on-site visit typically takes 30–45 minutes depending on property size. We then draft the floor plan from the measurements, add room labels, dimensions, and furniture indicators, and deliver the finished file digitally.

Yes — we create individual floor plans for each level, clearly labeled (First Floor, Second Floor, etc.). Multi-story plans help renters understand the layout relationship between floors, where bedrooms are relative to living spaces, and how the property flows. Each floor is delivered as a separate file for easy uploading to listing platforms.

All measurements are approximate and intended for marketing purposes. They provide renters with reliable spatial context for understanding room sizes, layout flow, and sleeping arrangements. The measurements are accurate enough for rental decisions but are not intended for construction, renovation, or legal documentation.

Floor plans are delivered within 24 hours after your scheduled measurement appointment. Files arrive ready to upload to every rental platform and your direct website. Permanent usage rights are included — use them across all platforms and marketing materials with no restrictions.

Floor plans are delivered as high-resolution image files that upload directly to your listing photo gallery on every rental platform — Airbnb, VRBO, Furnished Finder, Zillow Rentals, and your direct website. Most owners add the floor plan as the second or third photo in their gallery. Renters can zoom in to study room labels, dimensions, and layout flow.

Outlying suburbs or rural areas may incur a modest trip charge. We are also happy to travel well beyond these metros to locations like East Texas and Southern Oklahoma for a custom travel fee.

While not required, we strongly recommend having someone on-site during the shoot. This allows you to review visuals in real time and request any specific shots or angles, or areas you want captured.

If you cannot attend, you are welcome to send us special requests in advance — such as community amenities (pool, clubhouse), specific rooms, or preferred angles — and we will do our best to include them.

If no one is present and no prior requests are provided, our photographers will proceed using their professional judgment and standard coverage guidelines, focusing on the main living areas and key features. Secondary spaces or specific requests may not be captured.

If additional images are requested afterward that require a return visit, a reshoot fee will apply. Planning ahead or being on-site helps ensure everything is captured the first time and avoids additional costs.
