How to Upload to MLS
Uploading your photos and Virtual Tour to NTREIS takes about three minutes. Here's the step-by-step.
Uploading to MLS is one of the easiest yet confusing aspects of being in real estate. The process takes roughly three minutes, and you can keep modifying the listing as your marketing needs change.
How to upload to MLS
- Log in to MLS with your credentials.
- Find your listing by MLS # and open Add/Edit Media.
- Click "Add/Edit Media", then select the Media Manager button.
- Click "Upload Photos" or "Add Photos" near the top.
Important: before this next step, download and extract the high-res images from your Shoot2Sell delivery email so they're ready to select.
- A file picker appears. Select the high-res images from the extracted folder and click Add or Upload.
- Arrange images in the order you want them to appear in the Media Manager. The first image becomes the Primary Photo and is shown first to potential buyers.
- Add your Virtual Tour: stay in Media Manager, click "Add Links" at the top, paste the UNBRANDED slideshow link (starts with mls.shoot2sell.com/...) into the field, and select "Virtual Tour Hyperlink".
One more important detail: remove the "https://" from the front of the URL before submitting. MLS requires the address without the protocol prefix. Submit and you're done.
If the portal says your images are not high resolution, it is almost always because the thumbnail previews were uploaded by mistake. This commonly happens when images are dragged directly from a zipped folder.
Please extract/unzip the folder first, then upload the actual image files from the extracted folder.
