Downloading & Unzipping Images

How to find, download, and open the image files Shoot2Sell delivers with every shoot.

How do I download my images?

When you get your Image Delivery email, open it and click the "View & Download Images, Virtual Tour" link to reach your dashboard.

On the listing page, scroll to the Property Media section and click "Download Images" to save everything as a .ZIP file.

Where are my images after downloading?

Downloaded files land in whatever folder your browser is set to use for downloads. In Google Chrome, for example, you can change the default location under Settings → Downloads.

How do I unzip my image files?

The steps depend on your operating system:

  • Windows 10 or 11: right-click the .zip file and choose Extract All. Pick a destination folder and click Extract.
  • Macintosh (macOS): double-click the .zip file. macOS unzips it to the same folder as the original.
  • Tablets / Smartphones: not recommended. Use a desktop computer for .zip files.
